Zip International Group of Edison, NJ, expanded their recall of Sliced Herring on February 9, 2012. This recall was initiated after the Sliced Herring tested positive for Listeria monocytogenes in January.
Zip International expanded the recall to include products with a “best-by” date of May 18, 2012. Sold in retail stores in New York, the products are packaged in 330g and 600g plastic packages.
