Listeria Sprout Recall Announcement
Amalgamated Produce of Bridgeport, Connecticut, has expanded its Listeria sprout recall of April 9, 2009, to include Specialty Farms Organic Crunchy Sprouts and Organic Crunchy Pea Mix, because the products may be contaminated with the foodborne pathogen Listeria monocytogenes.

The following products with a sell-by date from 3/31/09 through 4/27/09 and packaged in 4 ounce plastic containers are subject to the Listeria sprout recall.
